Guided Relaxation Yoga Nidra

Enjoy an hour of blissful relaxation, beginning with gentle opening postures/deep relaxing breathing and ending after a guided meditation. Come as you are and feel relaxed and refreshed from this experience.

Currently this experience is offered at Yoga Tree SF, Valencia location 6pm Thursdays. Please register in advance, as this class frequently sells out.

Please bring any props that help you feel at ease and support your peaceful resting experience. Yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, slippers, even a pillow if you prefer to just rest.
