Enjoy this practice in the comfort of your own home, office space to rest after a ‘to do’ list that is longer than is achievable for the day, or when you are just feeling antsy and can’t get clarity on where to go or why life can be so overwhelming. Melt away stress and learn to live in the present moment, the anxiety antidote.
Classes are currently offered in San Francisco at Yoga Tree 6th Ave on Fridays 3-4:15pm and Sundays 4:30-6pm, Saturdays at Yoga Tree Potrero from 6:15-7:30pm. Please register in advance, drop-ins welcome, wait listed students will have priority though.
