Join me on Saturday, May 13th as we enjoy yoga outdoors with a river walk. This preserve is not open to the public and is offered as a private event with a portion of the proceeds supporting nature education programs at Bouverie.

Q: What’s the Sugarloaf yoga hike about?

A: All levels and ages welcome for the yoga hike with Sugarloaf Ridge State Park!
For those familiar with the park, we will most likely be hiking the 2 mile Meadow / Hillside Loop with yoga stops in secluded glades, hilltop vistas and tranquil creekside settings. Trail varies on weather conditions and group interest.

Yoga Hike balances a mix of hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation.  No mat necessary. Please wear weather appropriate clothing to feel comfortable being in a natural setting.

What’s the difference between Yoga Hike and Yoga Outside?

Yoga Hike is hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation. No mat necessary.
Yoga Outside is a blend of yoga postures, breath work, guided meditation and may include a warm up walk in the park, but mostly done with a mat under the trees/in the grass. Please bring a mat for this class/series.
